How does the audio guestbook work?

Our vintage phones are self-contained recorders. Plug into a standard outlet and guests simply pick up the handset, hear your personalised greeting, and record their message — no Wi-Fi, apps, or technical knowledge required.

Do I need a phone line or internet connection?

Not at all. The phone is entirely self-contained. All you need is a standard power outlet. It records directly onto the device — making it completely reliable even at outdoor or remote venues across Trinidad.

When and how do I receive my messages?

After your event we collect the phone and extract your messages. You'll receive a secure digital download link to all your audio files within 5–7 business days. Signature packages include an edited highlight reel within 14 days.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for popular wedding season dates (December–February). That said, reach out regardless — we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries.

What if guests speak over each other or the room is noisy?

Our phones capture audio at close range and are designed to work beautifully in lively environments. Signature and Grand Affair packages include audio enhancement and noise reduction for the clearest possible result.

Do you serve all of Trinidad & Tobago?

We currently serve events across Trinidad. For Tobago-based events, please reach out and we'll discuss what we can arrange. Delivery and collection across Trinidad is included in all packages at no extra charge.
